Learn to become a marketing master with Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown will join the entrepreneurship club Tuesday, Sept. 23 to share her insights on entrepreneurship and her journey in starting her own business.

Founder and Lead Creative of Brownie Photography and Production LLC, Brown is an entrepreneur herself. Starting her business with visual storytelling and business consulting, Brown has spent over a decade helping her clients.

Her business has won four awards from Lux Life Global Weddings, three Best of Knot, three Best of Zola, Junebug Best of the Best Wedding Photography, and Best Storytelling Wedding Photography of Central USA.

Aside from running her photography and videography business, Brown is running the Digital Influencer and Creative Entrepreneurship Workshop Series with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The adjunct instructor and alumna at Texas State University, is offering students the opportunity to dive deep into the influencing world.

The first of six sessions began yesterday where students of the program are gaining hands-on tools through case studies, pitching, and growing their digital audience.

The entrepreneurship club will host today’s workshop, available to all students. The club made their debut this fall in partnership with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. 

Throughout the year, the club works to empower students to develop their entrepreneurial ideas.
